Pentangle's current direction is centered on bringing people together through shared cultural experiences, presenting ambitious entertainment close to home, and creating opportunities for people to learn, rehearse, make, and perform.
Pentangle's formal mission statement is currently under review and will be updated here once approved by the Board of Directors.

- People should have opportunities not only to watch, but to make, rehearse, learn, perform, and collaborate.

- The arts can create places where neighbors gather and experience something together.

- Historic cultural spaces stay alive when they continue to be used.

- Film, performance, education, and conversation can expose audiences to ideas and experiences beyond the familiar.
