Pentangle Arts operates pentangle.org. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to information and services Pentangle provides through it.

By using pentangle.org, you agree to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

Pentangle.org provides information about events and links visitors to the appropriate ticketing service.

Most online ticket purchases are handled by ThunderTix. Some events may use another authorized ticket provider, such as Eventbrite.

When you purchase tickets through a third-party ticketing provider, your transaction is processed by that provider and may also be subject to its terms and privacy practices. ThunderTix purchases are subject to the ThunderTix Purchase Terms & Conditions (opens in a new tab).

Pentangle.org itself does not process or store payment-card information from online ticket purchases.

Ticket prices vary by event and are displayed with the relevant event information or during checkout.

Online ticket purchases through ThunderTix may include a 3.3% credit-card processing fee, a $0.30 transaction fee and a $1.25 ticket processing fee.

Other ticketing providers may use different fee structures.

Applicable sales tax, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

Pentangle may change ticket prices or fees for future transactions. The amounts presented for a transaction at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular event or ticket type, ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

If Pentangle cancels an event and no rescheduled or replacement date is announced, eligible ticket holders may receive a refund of the applicable ticket price. Processing, credit-card, transaction and other service fees are not refundable unless otherwise stated.

Events sold through another ticketing provider may also be subject to that provider's transaction procedures.

If an event is rescheduled, tickets for the original date will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless Pentangle announces otherwise.

Pentangle may contact ticket holders using information associated with their ticket order to communicate schedule changes and any additional options available for the affected event.

For eligible tickets, exchange requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Exchanges:

• are subject to availability
• are subject to a $5 exchange fee
• may require payment of any additional difference in ticket price

Some events or outside ticket providers may not permit exchanges.

Where offered, patrons may purchase a Flexible Ticket upgrade during checkout for an additional fee equal to 10% of the ticket price.

A Flexible Ticket allows the patron to cancel for any reason before the applicable cancellation deadline shown for the ticket.

If an eligible Flexible Ticket is canceled within that period, the patron receives gift-card credit equal to the ticket face value plus applicable sales tax.

The Flexible Ticket Upgrade fee is non-refundable. Ticket-processing fees, credit-card fees, transaction fees and other service or order fees are not included in the credit.

Flexible Ticket cancellations provide gift-card credit rather than a cash refund.

Pentangle events generally proceed as scheduled unless Pentangle announces a cancellation, postponement or rescheduling.

Weather conditions alone do not make a standard ticket refundable when an event proceeds as scheduled.

If Pentangle cancels or reschedules an event because of weather or another circumstance, the cancellation or rescheduling policies above apply.

Schedule changes may be communicated through pentangle.org, website notices, email to ticket holders when available, and Pentangle's public contact channels.

Pentangle may link to third-party services for ticketing, donations, newsletter signup, Education registration, volunteer opportunities or other activities.

When you use a third-party service, you are also subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Pentangle does not control the operation, availability or policies of independent third-party services.

Content created or owned by Pentangle Arts, including its name, logos, original text and other proprietary material, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The website may also display photographs, event artwork, film images, artist materials, logos and other content owned or licensed by third parties. Those materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

You may use pentangle.org for ordinary personal and informational purposes. Nothing on the site grants permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected material except where permission is expressly provided.

Pentangle works to keep information on the website accurate and current, but event information, schedules, prices, availability and other details may change.

Pentangle may update, correct, remove or change website content and features as needed.

We do not guarantee that the website or every third-party service linked from it will always be available without interruption or error.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pentangle Arts is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, pentangle.org.

Pentangle is not responsible for the operation or availability of independent third-party websites or services linked from the site.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Vermont and the United States.

Pentangle may update these Terms as its website, ticketing practices or organizational policies change.

When the Terms are updated, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the website after an update is subject to the current version of the Terms.
