Entrances and Facilities

The audience and public areas of Woodstock Town Hall Theatre are wheelchair accessible, including the theatre lobby and accessible restrooms.

The accessible entrance is located at the automatic door on the east side of the building. An elevator provides access to Level 1 for the theatre and ticket office, and Level B for restrooms.

Accessible Seating

Wheelchair and companion seating is located in the first row (Row A). Accessible seating is available for advance reservations and general admission events on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our staff can assist with seating arrangements. We encourage visitors who need accessible seating to contact the box office before their visit so we can help them plan.

Assisted Listening

Assisted listening devices are available upon request. Contacting us in advance can help our staff prepare for your visit.

Backstage Accessibility

The stage, green room, and dressing-room areas are not currently wheelchair accessible.

Pentangle Arts strives to make its website accessible and usable for all visitors, including people who use assistive technologies.

We welcome feedback about accessibility barriers, including difficulties navigating the website, accessing information, or completing online tasks.

Ticket Purchasing and Checkout Accessibility

Online ticket purchases are processed through ThunderTix, a third-party ticketing platform.
