Film gives us a way to experience big questions together. Through our partnership with Sustainable Woodstock, the Town Hall Theatre becomes a gathering place for films that explore climate change, sustainability, resilience, food systems, social issues, and the choices that shape our communities. These screenings bring neighbors together not just to watch, but to learn, talk, and imagine what comes next. that second paragraph is deliberately Pentangle voice, not me pretending Sustainable Woodstock published those exact words. their documented partnership supports the substance: they've described the film series as using films to inspire action on environmental and social issues, and they continue to identify it as a Pentangle partnership.
Pentangle Arts and Sustainable Woodstock have partnered since 2018 on the Climate Change & Sustainability Film Series, bringing free screenings to the community that explore environmental and social issues through film.
